The Rich Square Board of Commissioners meet the 1st Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm. The Rich Square Planning Board meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. Both board meetings are held at the Town Annex at 112 E. Jackson Street, Rich Square, North Carolina. Meetings are open to the public.

Please join us for a workshop discussion of how the Town's Planning Board can improve the uses permitted in the Town's commercial zoning districts.

The Town's Zoning Ordinance was written and adopted many decades ago with a short list of uses that were familiar to us at that time.

We want to improve the uses permitted within our commercial zoning districts which fit our community and improve the business environment in Rich Square.

We have some suggested ideas, but we would like your input before we begin making changes to the Zoning Ordinance.
